Extremely long wait times (waited over 2 hours past the appointment time and another 30 minutes in the room) to see the doctor. Forget about being called back if you have a problem or an unusual side effect from some medication you are taking. They just completely ignore you. No return phone calls. Repeated messages get the nurse to finally say, "I left a message for the doctor," and then nothing. Not to mention the outrageous fees. $320 for a 10 minute appointment to diagnose the flu? Outrageous. The location is convenient, but we will not be going back there. Not worth the trouble!
We've been seeing Jim and Marcie for over 10 years, and we couldn't be happier with them. Dr. Richard is a fantastic provider as well. Yes, you should expect a bit more of a wait, but only because they don't herd you through like cattle, Jim takes time to explain things, ask questions, and get to know your family.
I love it. Very good people
My kids and I have been seeing Jim at this office for years. I cannot say enough great things in regards to how wonderful Jim and his nurse are in both customer service and patient care. I moved from the area and reside in North Kansas City and still make the one hour drive to see them.
If you are looking for an excellent provider and staff, go see Jim and Marcy!!!
