My only complaint - and it's corporate's fault, not the local branch's fault - is that they've been telling customers for years that they're "looking into" Android Pay and Apple Pay. So many small banks are participating now, but not Great Southern.
Great bank, the tellers are really friendly and easy to work with. I feel safe that newer tellers ask to verify my identity until they recognize me. It has a nice hometown feel to it, but there are a lot of services provided. They have a nice app that is easy to use.
